Every year, we review our benefits to ensure their effectiveness and sustainability. We’re proud to say that our Zoetis benefits remain highly competitive, providing great value to you and your family.

For 2027, the big news is Garner Health. Provided at no cost to you, this benefit rewards you for choosing top-quality doctors. We’re also making targeted plan updates that keep coverage strong while managing rising health care costs responsibly. Select each topic below to learn more. You can also read about these changes in the What’s New for 2027 Guide (coming soon).

Garner is a benefit provided at no cost for colleagues enrolled in a UnitedHealthcare (UHC) medical plan — Full Access or Health Savers. Using real results from more than 320 million patients across 550+ quality measures, Garner identifies Top Providers in our UHC network: those who follow the latest research, skip unnecessary procedures, and help patients get better faster. When you use them, Garner reimburses you.

  • Simple provider search: Find and compare in-network doctors in the Garner app by symptom, specialty, condition, procedure or name.
  • Reimbursements: Earn up to $750 (individual) or $1,500 (family) per calendar year toward out-of-pocket costs when you see Garner Top Providers.
  • No disruption: Garner works within our current UHC plans and network. If your doctor isn’t a Top Provider, you can request to add them to your Care Team on their profile. Requests are only available for PCPs, pediatricians, geriatricians, gynecologists, therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists.
  • Concierge support: Get help in English or Spanish via in-app chat, concierge@getgarner.com, or 1-866-761-9586, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET.

  • To earn a reimbursement, add a Top Provider to your Care Team in the Garner app before your appointment.
  • Health Savers members: IRS rules require you to first meet your deductible ($1,800 individual / $3,600 family) before Garner can reimburse you. You can still use Garner to find Top Providers to ensure you’re seeing the highest-quality doctors.
  • Get ready now: Download the Garner app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or go to Garner.guide/garner-now to create your account and build your Care Team before January 1.

To keep pace with rising health care costs, we’re making modest updates to both UHC medical plans, as shown below.

Starting January 1, 2027, we’re updating our prescription drug formulary (the list of covered medications) through CVS Caremark. Most medications will stay the same. Some may be replaced with equally effective alternatives based on clinical outcomes, safety and pricing, and most have a generic, biosimilar or very similar option available.

If you or a covered family member take a medication that will no longer be covered starting January 1, 2027, CVS Caremark will contact you directly in November about switching to a covered alternative. Questions about a specific medication? Check the 2027 Prescription Drug List or call CVS Caremark at 1-855-383-9421.

New treatments, increased use of services, and higher medical and prescription drug prices are driving up health care costs across the country — and at Zoetis, too. Colleague contributions for medical coverage will increase in 2027, but less than the industry average. Zoetis continues to cover the majority of the overall cost of your benefits, at a greater percentage than the industry average.

What this means for you:

Your 2027 contributions depend on your medical plan and coverage level. We’re committed to keeping your contributions as low as possible while maintaining excellent coverage.

Good news! The IRS has increased 2027 contribution limits for tax-advantaged health care and dependent care accounts.

The total HSA limit is $4,500 for individual coverage or $9,000 for family coverage. This includes Zoetis’ contribution, which isn’t changing for 2027.

  • Individual coverage: You $3,900 + Zoetis $600 = Total $4,500
  • Family coverage: You $7,800 + Zoetis $1,200 = Total $9,000
  • Age 55 or older: Contribute an extra $1,000

Your HSA opens automatically when you enroll in the Health Savers plan.

  • Health Care FSA: $3,400 (eligible medical, dental and vision expenses)
  • Limited Purpose FSA: $3,400 (if you’re in the Health Savers plan, for eligible dental and vision expenses)
  • Dependent Day Care FSA: $5,000 ($2,500 each for married couples who file jointly, for eligible childcare and elder care expenses)

Every dollar you put into an HSA or FSA reduces your taxable income. And the HSA offers a “triple tax advantage”: your money goes in pretax, grows tax free, and comes out tax free for eligible health care expenses.

If you don’t enroll for 2027 benefits by November 4, your current Zoetis benefit elections will automatically roll over for 2027, except for employee contributions to a Health Savings Account (HSA) and/or flexible spending accounts (FSAs). The IRS requires you to make new contribution elections for these accounts each year.

Remember, you will not have another opportunity to change your benefit elections until the next Annual Enrollment period (fall 2027) unless you experience a Qualified Life Event that allows for certain enrollment changes during the year.

You need to enroll in benefits for both 2026 and 2027. You must enroll in 2026 benefits first before you will see the option to enroll in 2027 benefits. Call the Zoetis Benefits Center at 1-833-885-5658 if you have questions or need more information.

You are eligible for Zoetis health, insurance and personal benefit plans if you are a U.S. or Puerto Rico colleague working full- or part-time (regularly scheduled to work at least 40% of a standard work week).

Certain dependents are eligible and can be covered under the Zoetis health, applicable insurance, and discounted personal benefits. Eligible dependents include:

  • Your same- or opposite-sex spouse or domestic partner
  • A child who is:
    • yours, your spouse’s, or your domestic partner’s child, up to age 26 and not in active service in the armed forces; or
    • under age 26 and required to be covered under a Qualified Medical Child Support Order; or
    • not self-supporting due to a mental or physical disability, regardless of age.

Call Zoetis Colleague Services at 1-855-984-7463, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET., if you have questions about our Zoetis benefit plans and programs.
